All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Sale Terms

All sales made through shop.chamy.xyz are final. Ownership of physical goods transfers to the buyer upon the shipment of the products. Artwork and designs remain the sole property and copyright of Dimitry Saïd Chamy.

Replacements

In the event that any goods are damaged during shipping, Dimitry Saïd Chamy will provide a replacement of the damaged goods subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer must notify Dimitry Saïd Chamy via email at support@chamy.xyz within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
  • The customer must provide documented visual proof of the damage.
  • A replacement request will be processed only after the damaged goods have been reviewed and confirmed by Dimitry Saïd Chamy.

Please note that the availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed and may take longer to replace if out of stock.

Out of Stock Policy

We print in small mixed batches. If you purchased an item that is out of stock, we will offer you a replacement or let you know when we expect to have it in stock, or give you a refund or coupon for the store. We print in batches and it may take up to 2 weeks to re-supply out-of-stock items.

Shipping & Delivery

2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website.

3) How long does shipping take?

For USA, shipping may take anywhere between 3-5 working days, depending on your location. Elsewhere, longer.

4) When will my order ship if some items contain a pre-order item?

The order will ship when the pre-order item arrives. All of your items will arrive all at the same time.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?

Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location.
