Replacements

In the event that any goods are damaged during shipping, Dimitry Saïd Chamy will provide a replacement of the damaged goods subject to the following conditions:

The customer must notify Dimitry Saïd Chamy via email at support@chamy.xyz within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
The customer must provide documented visual proof of the damage.
A replacement request will be processed only after the damaged goods have been reviewed and confirmed by Dimitry Saïd Chamy.

Please note that the availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed and may take longer to replace if out of stock.
